These terms apply to your use of degentech.net and to pre-order requests made through it. The site is operated by Degen Den Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, [ADDRESS] ("Degen Labs", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them.

1. About this site

The site gives information about Degen Labs, our products, our incubator and our manufacturing services.

2. No investment offer or advice

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security or investment, and nothing on it is financial, legal or tax advice. Any investment, partnership or service would be agreed separately in writing.

3. Products

Our first product line is in development. Descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability may change without notice, and we may delay or stop any product.

4. Pre-order requests

A pre-order request is not a purchase. You pay nothing when you send it, and it does not reserve stock.
We may accept, adjust or decline any request. We confirm availability, price, delivery estimate and any tax or shipping costs to you by email before you pay.
A contract for a product exists only when we confirm your order in writing and you pay the amount we request.
Delivery dates we give are estimates.
You may withdraw a pre-order request at any time before you pay, by telling us through the contact form.
